But turning a blind eye to those alternative markets, which have been making meaningful progress, seems counterproductive. I'm sure I'm missing some details on this matter, though. I'm not very familiar with German politics🤷.
We are not in disagreement here. What I'm trying to say is that, as in any other fascist business model, profits are privatized and losses are socialized. So the moment the Techbro starts losing, or is no longer allowed to win because of a change in the political climate or personal antipathies, it will be the small investors who take the blow. So investing in that is not only a moral risk but also a total gamble. You are not investing in a business, but in the hope that the "emperor" will keep his thumb up.
